STOP SALE DATE

NTS – Notice of Sale is a notice of auction sale. This notice is usually posted on your door and informs you that your property is scheduled for auction. Depending on how soon the auction sale date is, we have several options in stopping the sale. The sooner you call us, the better the chances. This also applies if you have a sale date the next day or next hour. We have over a decade of postponing sale dates! If you have a sale date, you MUST call us immediately.

PROBATE

In Nevada, if the deceased person’s assets exceed $20,000, or if there is real estate involved, probate is normally required.” Probate is a court proceeding required for most estates in order to transfer property and settle the affairs of the deceased. We are quick to process probate and one of the most affordable.

AVOID WHOLESALE

A lot of Las Vegas homeowners are unaware of the current real estate market and may not be aware that their property has equity (home value is more than loan amount). A wholesale buyer will usually knock on your door and offer you cash for your property that is far less than what you would receive on a traditional sale. It’s tempting but know your true home value. Always ask if they are a wholesale buyer and if they are, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Don’t get ripped off, call us first!
